You can make a copy of the template to edit in Google Sheets or download it but you will always need to upload it into the Bluebird Portal in a CSV format.
To help you fill out the template, here is the description of each column and how they would be filled out:

- Login to the web app portal.bluebird.cx
- Click on Create Bulk Engagement
- Pick your send
- Choose an email template or type in your message
- Click on Continue
- Upload your .csv file by clicking or dragging it in our “File uploaded” section
- Click on “Create Engagement”
- Download the Successful Engagements file and you will be provided the links to all engagements.
- Send those links to recipients and make sure they fill in their addresses
- After your desired recipients fill in the addresses, they just have to click in “Confirm” and it will automatically be updated and sent into a new order.
